An Interview With RussellRedenbaugh

Russell Redenbaugh is an amazing man. I first learned about him while doing an interview with Steve Maxwell. Maxwell told me about a client of his who became a three time world champion in Brazilian Ju-Jitsu and their relationship. It was an interesting enough story that I contacted Russell to see if he would be willing to share his story. He graciously accepted my interview request and here is the result.

His career as a strength & conditioning coach spans nearly 40 years and stretches from training professional athletes, to working with various US Government agencies. Maxwell travels the world conducting seminars in strength conditioning, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, kettlebells and joint mobility.
